Ingredients - peppermint, nettle, raspberry leaf, passionflower, ginger, hibiscus and fennel

Preparation - 1 heaped tablespoon per person and one for the pot. Steep for 5 - 10 minutes in a clean, covered teapot. Strain and serve.
