You’ll learn how to make herbal teas, tinctures, salves, syrups and more. We'll also focus on herbs that help with stress, sleep and calming the nervous system — including options that are safe for kids. You'll go home feeling more confident about making and using your own natural remedies.
Session 4 – Women’s Health at Every Stage
From first periods to menopause and beyond, this session is all about supporting women’s health naturally. You’ll explore herbs that help with menstrual cycle balance, energy, pms, mood and more. How to tune into your body and respond with what it needs.
