Seeded Bread

A high protein omega filled bread - simple to make and full of goodness

 

Ingredients

1 cup hemp seed (ground in blender/food processor)
1 cup of flexseeds (ground in blender/food processor)
1 cup of sunflower seeds (ground in blender/food processor)
1/2 cup arrowroot, tapioca
1 Tbsp flaxseed for sprinkling on top
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp bicarb soda
3 Tbs olive oil
6 small eggs
2 tsp salt

Directions

preheat oven to 180 deg C

  • line medium sized loaf tin with baking paper

  • add wet ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined

  • tip mixture into lined tin, sprinkle with extra seeds and place in oven

  • bake for one hour - top will brown nicely

  • remove from tin and enjoy hot
    can also pre-slice and freeze

notes: monitor cooking time, can be oven dependent, make sure a skewer comes out clean
